LINk distributes Care Homes survey

Following a successful piece of work carried out with Care Homes last year, LINk is undertaking further work to look at access to GP services by Care Home residents.  A survey has been developed and distributed to all Care Homes in Gloucestershire.  The survey report will be forwarded to the commissioners and providers
